How to use this database
- Check the stats strip. It shows how many mods we track, their combined downloads, the data source and the date of the last refresh.
- Browse by category or rank. Click a category chip such as Gameplay, Soldier mods, Audio or User Interface to open the full database filtered to that category. You can also scan the top 100 table, which shows each mod’s rank, name and author, category, downloads and endorsements.
- Search the full database. Open the full searchable database filtered to XCOM 2. You can search by name, filter by category or source, and change the sort order. Quick view shows each author’s own short summary. When a mod looks right for your campaign, follow its link to the official Nexus Mods page.
About the data
Listings come from the public Nexus Mods API (v2 GraphQL). We track up to the 400 most-downloaded XCOM 2 mods and refresh the data weekly, so rankings and totals shift as new releases climb the chart. We exclude adult content, cheats for online play, piracy tools such as cracks and DLC unlockers, and injectors.
Mod names and summaries belong to their authors. We list them and link to each official mod page. All downloads happen on Nexus Mods, where you can also endorse the creators whose work you enjoy.
