What this week brought
Patch 2.5 shaped the week. The most downloaded new file by a wide margin was a modders’ resource about the patch, with 57,088 downloads. Its unofficial fix has since been retired because the official framework updates are out.
The rest of the chart leans on gameplay and appearance. There are two new combat mods, a visual fixes merge, an inventory interaction mod and three new hairstyles for V.

Expanded Dual Wielding
JericoHellden’s mod topped the week with 292 endorsements and 17,680 downloads. It lets you dual-wield a wide range of weapon combinations.
It goes further than letting you hold two guns. You get options for melee usage, independent triggers for each hand, and a remover for the dual-wield damage penalty. Each one is a toggle, so you can keep the penalty for a fairer build or drop it for pure chaos.
The summary names one requirement. All settings live in the Native Settings UI (NSUI) mod menu, so you need NSUI installed to configure anything.

Test independent triggers before committing to a build. Depending on how you bind your mouse buttons, it can change how you play quite a bit.
Visual Effects Fixes
sosuine’s release pulled 261 endorsements and actually beat the dual wielding mod on downloads, with 19,821. It merges multiple separate mods that each aimed to fix visual issues into one file.
Merges like this are worth it because each separate fix is one less loose file in your load order. If you already run any of the individual fixes it combines, check the mod page and remove the duplicates first. Two versions of the same fix fighting each other is a classic source of flickering effects.
MIME – Mouse Interactive Model Enhancement
ExpositPlay’s mod makes your inventory screen feel alive. It earned 119 endorsements and 11,397 downloads.
V follows your cursor with her eyes and switches poses. She tries on clothes and slings her weapon over her back. Poke her in the wrong spot and she flips you off. The author says the movement is smooth with no jerks, and that matters. Most cursor-tracking tricks look janky when animations snap.
This one is pure flavor with no gameplay change. It suits you if you spend a lot of time in the inventory tweaking outfits.
GetTenSO CORE
GetTenSO’s framework landed 108 endorsements and 14,959 downloads. It’s the shared dependency for the author’s other mods.
You won’t notice it on its own. It brings GetTenSO’s mods together on a common foundation so they stay compatible with each other. Install it only if another GetTenSO mod you want lists it as a requirement. When that happens, put it in before the mods that depend on it.
Raenef’s Hair Collection 4 CCXL MCH M F
Raenef1’s fourth hair collection adds six hairstyles that work for both masc and fem V. It reached 102 endorsements and 11,181 downloads.
All six have physics enabled, so they move with V instead of sitting like helmets. The summary names CCXL and MCH, so expect to need those for the hair to appear in the character creator. Read the requirements tab on the page before you download.
Patch 2.5 Notes for Modders (Unofficial Fix Retired)
infinitya9’s page drew heavy downloads this week and earned 91 endorsements. Plenty of people grabbed it as a stopgap.
The unofficial fix is now retired. The official 2.5 updates of RED4ext, ArchiveXL, TweakXL and Codeware are out, and the author says to use those instead. If you still have the unofficial fix installed, remove it and switch to the official framework releases.
What’s still on the page is aimed at mod authors. It has technical notes on what patch 2.5 changed for plugins, plus source diffs and tools. If you only play mods, you don’t need anything from it now.

- Uninstall the retired unofficial fix.

RELENTLESS-Live Dismemberment
Cazanu’s combat mod got 63 endorsements and 8,080 downloads. It makes enemies keep fighting, crawl and stay injured while missing limbs, instead of dying the moment a limb comes off.
That changes how fights play out. Blowing off a leg no longer guarantees a kill, so you have to finish downed enemies or risk a crawling ganger putting rounds into your back. It pairs well with a shotgun or blade build. It’s also a mod for you only if you’re comfortable with more drawn-out gore.

CyberVesna’s hairstyle is inspired by Talia Yang from Edgerunners 2. It picked up 53 endorsements and 9,536 downloads.
It adds the hair to the character creator through CCXL, and physics is included. The download count runs high compared to its endorsements, which suggests Edgerunners fans are grabbing it fast.
mossglyph_BOO BABY Pose Pack
offweather’s Halloween pack has 49 endorsements from only 1,057 downloads. That’s the best endorsement-to-download ratio on this list by far.
You get 36 Halloween-themed poses for Fem V, with props included and a vintage, spooky style. Photo mode and AMM versions are both available. Pick the one that matches how you set up shots, and don’t install both unless the page says they coexist.
Lazuli – Hair CCXL
AtomiicTV’s Lazuli rounds out the list with 49 endorsements and 6,190 downloads. It’s a new hairstyle for Fem V, installed through CCXL like the other two hair mods this week.
